Ayam Bacem

 

 

Bumbunya kaya bacem tahu atau tempe di sini https://simplekitchen.wordpress.com/2007/04/20/bacem-tahu/.. cuma ditambah kemiri dan sedikit cabe ….. Setelah itu direbus hingga bumbu menyusut baru kemudian dipanggang atau digoreng sebentar (tapi kalo digoreng, cepet banget gosongnya) … enaknya sih dimakan setelah dibesokin (maksudnya, didiamkan semaleman)…supaya bumbunya lebih nyerep.
