Cah Caisim

Potong2 sayur caisim, cuci bersih.

Keprak bawang putih, tumis hingga harum, masukkan sedikit air, kecap asin secukupnya, serta saus tiram secukupnya. Biarkan mendidih bbrp saat. Masukkan sayur, matikan api, aduk2 hingga layu. Bubuhi minyak wijen sedikit aja..
