Homemade Latte Macchiatto versi gagal :)

 

Biar gagal dari segi penampilan, tapi soal rasa tetep enak la yau  … apalagi kalo dimanisin-nya pakai sirup karamel … (weleh weleh bahasaku rek … 😆 )

Kesalahanku kayanya, waktu nuang kopi terlalu cepet …. jadi nyampur deh sama susunya…. 

Susunya juga rada susah keluar foamnya padahal udah di handblender cukup lama … Harus pakai mixer kali ya … 🙄

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk(no fat-reduced product)
  • 3 tablespoons instant espresso coffee powder, heaped

    Directions

    1. Heat milk in the microwave or in a saucepan over medium-high heat (do not boil).
    2. In the meantime prepare instant espresso according to package direction.
    3. As soon as the milk is hot give it into a blender or food processor and blend on high for 40 seconds or until the milk has a velvety milk foam.
    4. Fill glasses up to 2/3 with milk foam.
    5. Now pour hot espresso VERY SLOWLY into the foam, I suggest to pour it from the rim.
    6. If you like, you can turn a spoon around and pour the espresso slowly over its back side.
    7. After 1 minute the drink will devide in 3 layers which is very nice!

    1. mbak, saya hampir tiap hari bikin kok berhasil ya? ;D padahal bikinnya ya pagi2 baru bangun tidur sambil ngantuk2. pake kocokan susu yg pake batere beli di ikea (atau yg merk bodum lebih top) cuma butuh 1/4 menit susu dicangkir langsung naik jadi foam. yg beli di ikea murah, cuma 2 euro (30 ribu) yg bodum mungkin 10 kali lipat harganya tapi lebih awet.

      kalo minum di kafe Ritchard (german) lain lagi, resepnya barbarian tapi lumayan enak. kopi kentel espresso atasnya ditarok double krim kocok sebelum dihidangkan.
