Bacem Tahu

Bahan :

  1. Bawang Putih 4 siung
  2. Bawang merah 6 butir
  3. Ketumbar 1 sdt
  4. Tahu Putih
  5. Garam
  6. Asam Jawa
  7. Gula Kelapa
  8. Salam
  9. Laos
  10. Air Kelapa, bila tidak ada diganti air biasa

Cara Membuat :

Haluskan bawang putih, ketumbar, dan bawang merah. Rebus dalam air (kira2 banyaknya cukup untuk merendam tahu). Masukkan gula kelapa, asam, garam, daun salam, serta laos yang sudah dikeprek. Masak dengan api sedang hingga bumbu menyatu. Icipi untuk merasakan kurang tidaknya asam, gula, atau garam. Setelah rasa cukup sesuai, masukkan potongan tahu hingga terendam. Lanjutkan memasak dengan api kecil hingga air tinggal sedikit (asat). Goreng tahu dengan sedikit minyak.
